We are beyond pleased with the sale of our mother’s home and working with Dianna and Marvin! They are very personable and listened to our concerns and needs regarding selling the house. Was super impressed that at our first meeting they were well prepared with materials and had already invested a lot of time and energy before even knowing if we would go with them as realtors. They were optimistic when we were not which made going into the process much easier. The house sold in 2 days! What!?? We thought for sure it would be on the market much longer because of the condition it was in. A cash buyer was found and closing went so quickly it made our heads spin but in a great way! I could go on and on about our wonderful but short experience! They even brought a thank you card and cookie treats when they dropped off the check! What a super nice touch!
