Marvin and Dianna are very knowledgeable, professional, honest, friendly and very easy to work with. They walked me through every step of both finding me a new home and selling my current home. They took the time to get to know me and build a relationship so that they knew what I was looking for in a new home. They did not show me homes that did not meet my criteria and I never felt pressured to buy or sell. I was nervous about selling my current home and had a lot of questions throughout the whole process. They were very patient and really listened to my questions and answered every question in a very timely manner. They assisted in staging my home to sell and had beautiful pictures to post. Dianna was terrific at keeping me updated at all times, making sure I understood everything and very was accommodating with my schedule. She shared my excitement when I found the perfect new home for me. Her listening and communication skills are excellent!
Most importantly throughout this whole process I felt both Marvin and Dianna cared about me as a person. This could have been a very stressful time and they made this an enjoyable experience.
